We are confident our plants will arrive to you in good condition. In the rare event something goes wrong, we will organise the return of any damaged plants and send you a replacement at no cost. If a replacement is not available, we will issue you a refund to your original payment method.

Our plants are sent via NZPost to ensure they arrive as soon as possible. We send most Monday's and forward the tracking info once they have been dispatched. Our cut-off time for the weeks delivery is usually late Sunday -- orders beyond this point will be sent the following week.

FAQs

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

We generally post plants every Monday morning. The order cut-off time varies but is usually late Sunday as we pack the night before. If you have ordered after this time, we will send your plants the following week. If more than 7 days have passed, feel free to send us a message.

If you need a plant by a certain date please check with us ahead of time. 

Can you hold an order?

If you have placed an order and have made payment already, we're happy to hold your order until you are ready - please let us know at the time of your order either in the comments section or by email. We are unable to hold orders if payment has not been made.

Can you ship to my address?

We ship plants across the country, including the South Island, Waiheke, Great Barrier and the Chatham Island. If NZPost can reach you, we can send you plants! 

When can I pick up my order?

We can usually manage pick-ups on the same day but it depends on our availability. If unsure, please check with us first but we are generally quite fast to get your plants ready.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

No, you don't need to give a signature on delivery. We send all orders without requiring a signature to avoid delays due to the nature of plants. 

If you would like signature delivery we can arrange this for an additional cost. 

Why have I not received a reply?

Please check your spam folder in the first instance. We aim to reply to all messages within 24 hours, however, at busy times may take slightly longer. We will try to respond to urgent requests ASAP.

There was an issue with my delivery. What should I do?

We send many plants and rarely have any issues. If you are unhappy with your delivery for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. 

While we make best efforts packing the plants, sometimes they can go through a rough journey. We will happily exchange any damaged plants for free.
