Description
Grumichama is a sweet fruit that tastes similar to cherry, guava and grape! They are related to cherry of rio grande and surinam cherry, being a eugenia. This listing is for a plant highly similar if not larger than the one pictured.
These plants are quite cold hardy and can apparently tolerate temperatures as low as -3c. I grow them outside in Auckland with no issues. Expect fruit in around 3-4 years under the right conditions.
This seedling was grown from seed legally imported and inspected by MPI.
