Refund and Returns Policy

Our Delivery Guarantee

We are confident our plants will arrive to you in good condition. In the rare event that something goes wrong, we will organise the return of any damaged plants and send you a replacement at no cost. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Change of Mind

Please note we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind once the plants have been packaged for delivery due to the nature of plants. Please select carefully and ensure you are purchasing the correct plants.

Returns Process

If your plant arrives with any damage, is not what you ordered, or does not arrive within 7 days of being shipped, please contact us as soon as possible via our website or email contact@acetropicals.co.nz.

We may request photos of the damage to help us understand how it occurred. A courier label and tracking number for the return package will be sent to you, where you can do one of the following: print the label and stick it on the box, or write the reference number on the package. A courier will then collect the parcel on an agreed date.
